Dear Sir,If replacement parts are needed during the year limited warranty period, the coverage is provided under the mattress warranty As you stated, your mattress purchase has served you beyond the 20-year warranty life We regret that you feel we are not providing the correct warranty on our parts, but the fact is that your mattress warranty has expired Any parts which are sold individually, not covered with a mattress warranty, will have a year guarantee The part lasted over 1/years - well exceeding the 1-year guarantee for that individual part We respectfully disagree with your opinion that the replacement part was defective or inferior We do care about our products and our customers - and we support both for the warranty-life and beyond

If this company cared about their products, they would have asked for a picture of the breakdown of the seam, which is easy to do in this day and age I used to tell people good things about this product, but no longer
