The basic service was acceptableI purchased a car (I thought) on July at their hail sale was not contacted or received any paperwork for over a week The was told I did not qualify for that particular car (Toyota Yaris) I went in on Friday July to drop off my key and to inform them I got some bad hail damage on the 7th July and the claim was being assessed Sat Jul They said to go ahead and get the claim done and they would work on a different car to get me (Hyndai Accent) On Sat Jul got the claim done and received a check, went to Phil Long Valuegave them the funds for the claim and signed all the docs for the Hyndai I did ask for a copy of everything I signed and JJ said I would get those in the mail from the credit companyI called Revdex.com and they even said that was not right I then called my sales person Keith *** and he said he would call me back about that I have not heard back and it is now 5:pm on Jul This is not a good practice
