own. Since I do not know a Mr. [redacted]'s it is hard for me to imagine he has any pictures of my building or salon/spa.

The photograph in question is undoubtedly my photograph. It is similar to other photographs you might have authorization to use from your own commissioned photo shoot, but many details including specific folds in the sheet and curtain opening make it clear, without a doubt, that the photograph you were using is not from the collection of photographs you have the rights to use. You admitted as much in an email to me on 9/14/2015 "I really thought the photo was one of ours as it came from a file on my computer. Since I have never worked with you I can not understand how I would have the photo if it was yours. At any rate I will take it down immediately and replace with a better more up to date photo so there is no confusion moving forward."
You used my photograph as advertising in a prominent location on the homepage of your website without permission or compensation.
Please do the right thing and pay the extremely overdue invoice.
