PHI Prime Home Inspection

Needed home inspection for escrow. Prentice came to my home. Did an inspection. Seemed little casual about the inspection and barely took notes.
I wrote him the check. He told he his printer was out but that he would email me my receipt as soon as he got back to the office. I never received copy of my receipt nor did he ever send me the inspection report. The first few calls of mine he took - however after that he let the phone go to vm
He first told me it would be ready 24 hours later then when I called two days later he tried to tell me he had sent it. I told him no he did not and he asked me to confirm my email address again.
Of course I did not receive the report

I called again later that day and of course he let the phone go to voicemail mail. He also did not return my texts.
I will go and file a police report tomorrow as since using him I have found out through Google , yelp and Zillow and that this man does this for a living. He scams people. He goes to the homes - pretends to do an inspection and then never sends the inspection report. He is very quick to cash the check. He is scamming people and his business needs to be shut down.
