I made the mistake of buying into the renting a suite concept from this company. All I can say is read the agreement you sign, because while they welcome you to come and build your business in one of there suites they neglect to tell you that if for any reason they deem and with no explanation or issue they have to identify, the agreement stipulates they can kick you out in 3 days with no qurstions asked.They also claim they can take all of your property if you are not out in that 3 days.

Now, this could not only destroy your business but your ability to recover from such a situation. Every State is different in its laws, but the bottom line here is they are not interested in you building a business they don't approve of. In my case, my landlord entered my suite with no permission, moved property with no pertmission and tried to control the interior of my space. Although the lease says they cant do that, when I challenged it guess what happened to me. Thats right a 3 day notice to vacate no reason given, just interesting how it was given to me within a few hours of my complaint.

Be careful READ the AGREEMENT and when they tell you, as they did me, when I questioned that clause they said "that would never happen", "Its your business we are just here to support you. RUN THEY ARE LYING
