I notified [redacted] the branch manager and told her I was coming to pay the remaining balnce in ful($316.00)the next day she put the acct in collection I have been having so many issues with this credit union to the point we closed our accountWe took a loan loan out in Novand the monthly payments were $a monthThe remaning balance owed on the loan was $I told [redacted] I was coming in to pay the balance in full and the next day the account went into collectionsThis Lady has a vengence against me and I don't know why other thank making complaints with other agencies about this credit union
