Phelps Water

Called to make a water softener service, was quoted $to service Softener wasn't able to be serviced so when I inquired with company they say they gave me a discount from $for the service I stupidly gave them my credit card information They refuse to credit but will credit towards replacing equipment, what a ripoff!

Recently asked Phelps to repair a well that had been out of service for some time. The Phelps team accurately diagnosed the problem and made specific recommendations on how to correct while minimizing cost.

What I liked the best is the repair teams professionalism... honesty, and they took the time to explain the damage to each component so that I could understand the repair requirement.

Last aspect was the owner personally called to confirm my satisfaction. That is great customer service and concern!
