Phase Electric Inc. is dedicated to providing quality workmanship. All work was completed per National Electrical Code which passed the final electrical inspection 6/23/2017.Phase Electric Inc. submitted a final invoice 7/7/2017 in the amount of $21,114 for the electrical work that was completed at...

[redacted]’s  home. [redacted] refused to pay that invoice. After speaking with the contractor and other subcontractors it became apparent that [redacted] was refusing to pay many of the final invoices that were submitted after construction was complete. [redacted] stated he only would pay $18,500 of the final invoice. Phase Electric Inc reluctantly accepted the reduced amount as it was better to collect a partial payment than no payment at all. As stated above [redacted] was disputing many invoices and could not be trusted to pay final invoices.In addition to not paying his final invoice [redacted] has also made verbal threats to physically harm a Phase Electric Employee, and has been very rude via phone calls and text messages. Phase Electric has text messages saved where [redacted] sent many vulgar and angry text messages to a Phase Electric employee. Phase Electric Inc never received full payment for the work that was completed at [redacted]’s house, and he has made verbal threats to physically harm a Phase Electric employee. For these reasons we will not go back to his home to complete any electrical work.Regards, Wade [redacted]
