Pharmatech Manufacturing Inc

Review: My company, Sabertooth Performance, placed an order with Pharmatech Manufacturing Inc for the manufacturing of nutritional supplement products. A purchase order was sent in, and Mr. S[redacted] agreed to create the product for us. After sending in a check for $877.50, 50% of the cost of production (which was cashed), S[redacted] continued to make false promises to me and my partner, and did not deliver/manufacture any product or provide any amount of service. This purchase order payment was made in October. After patiently waiting a few weeks, I have been attempting to contact him numerous times via e-mail, phone, and text message for a refund and he has failed to reach me back. Finally, I've threatened to report him to the DCA and Revdex.com if I did not get a response for a refund by 04/17/15. I was able to get a response from him on 04/17/15 that a check has been cut and will be delivered by 04/21/15. A week has passed, and I have not received a check for a refund...Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $877.50 that was paid for a 50% down payment that was made.
