Pharmacy Plus - Passaic

On 02-29-20 at 1:26 pm I bought a box of box of 3M Cool Flow N05 Masks, it contained an unsealed clear plastic bag with 5 individual units inside. I was not informed at any point by the attendant or the pharmacist in charge of how the content was packed or that the product could not be returned once I stepped outside of the pharmacy's location, there were no signs indicating that masks or any other product in the pharmacy was not returnable for any reason.
On 03-09-20 at about 6:15 pm I tried to return the box after opening the box and find the plastic bag unsealed, I was told by one of the attendants and pharmacist in charge at that time that the product was not returnable because the bag was open and they did not know if I used any the masks, when I told them that was the condition in which they came in, after a brief conversation I said if that was the case then what kind of guarantees direct or implied they could give me stating the masks were not used. They just simply gave me the box and said that they could not help me. By the way, at the time of my purchase I paid $106.63 for 5 masks, I cannot say that the price was inflated or not due to the shortage of the product, perhaps someone else might know.
