Review: I purchased a "Phantom Lapboard" from this company online last year. After over a month of waiting for the purchased product to be shipped out, I made multiple attempts to contact the company. Only after I opened a dispute via PayPal did the product I purchased finally ship. Once I received the product and used it for a few weeks, I found it was defective. I sent multiple emails to the company requesting an RMA. Once again, I received no replies until I threatened to open a complaint with the Revdex.com. At that point, I was emailed and instructed to send the defective unit back. I paid to ship the defective unit back, and awaited my replacement. After the first week, I emailed asking for an update and was told that a replacement would be shipped in the next week. That was 3 weeks ago, and now all of my attempts to re-contact the company have been ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like the replacement product I requested, with tracking information to prove that the shipment is on its way.
