I play online slot machines - Jackpot party casino which is owned by WIlliams interactive. I have bought 3 or 4 times $99 dollars worth of slot points (I know stupid, but I am homebody and don't get out very often, and this is my source of entertainment, and cheaper than the casino) and almost every time the credits disappear - I had 80,000,000.00 at the time they were lost. If this company was honest, they would have at least looked into my email regarding the loss of credits, instead I get an email with a support number and that was the end of it. I received the email on July 12, 2015 - I still have no response. I have been having a hard time finding a phone number to actually speak with a person to find out what they are doing. I think this company needs to be looked into for fraud.
