I placed an order with this company back in the middle of October. There was an issue with my order (my fault) and when I emailed the company they responded quickly that if I returned the item they would exchange it quickly. I sent the the item back to them and per the post office it was received back to them on 11/27/19.
I have had little to no contact with the company since. I have sent several follow up emails checking the status, I got one email saying they were looking in to it, but then never heard from them. I have attempted contact via email, *** and their website support chat. There is no phone number to call. I was informed that they subcontracted their customer services for the holidays, but I still do not know what is happening with my order. I am now out the cost of my order, plus the shipping cost to send it back.
We did have a slight delay as our customer service was outsourced during the holidays and never gave us this customers complaint. Once we received it though, we did correct the order and ship out the corrected item per the customers request. This was confirmed to be delivered by the USPS

On Cyber Monday, December 2, 2019, I ordered a woman's large t-shirt from Phantees.com. It was a Christmas present for my wife. I received my order on December 16, 2019. While the t-shirt design was correct, I was sent a youth large. That evening, I contacted the company via their website that to let them know of the error and asking how I could exchange the shirt for the correct size. I received a reply stating that I should double check the size to make sure it was not my error. I went my order and confirmed that I had ordered a woman's large. I looked at the shirt tag, which clearly said youth large. Also, the cut of the shirt was not a woman's cut. I replied back to the company with pictures of both the shirt tag and the shirt. I have since received no reply. I wrote back on December 18, 2019 asking for an update. No reply. I wrote again on December 19, 2019 and informed them that if I did not hear a response, I would be contacted the Revdex.com. As of this writing, I have not heard from the company.
Hi ***,We are replying to let you know that we did just send this customer the correct shirt. We apologize it took 2 weeks but our shipping policy clearly states that on our website as all shirts are custom printed on demand. We don't stock any inventory and have to order as needed.Terribly sorry for the troubles and hope all is fixed.

If you correspond with the company, please let them know that if they had conveyed this information to me directly following the numerous attempts I made to contact them, I would have not felt it necessary to submit this complaint. Regardless, I am satisfied with the resolution and will be in touch in the event I do not receive the new shirt.
