This place has unprofessional staffIt doesn't matter if you come here earlyThey still make you waitI've been coming here for a long timeThe service just gets worse every timeOnce I came, they lost my chartSmhThe oral surgeon was asking the staff for my chart and no one could locate itThey misinformed me about their prices for a tooth extraction procedure & teeth cleaningI came to the appointment with my money to pay the copaymentThe white lady that takes the payments ( her name is [redacted] ) told me I don't have to pay because I have a credit with the officeSo I leftNow I call back to make an appointment and she's rude and demanding that I pay the copayment from my last appointmentI don't have a problem with paying my copayment but she could of at least apologize for misinforming meI'm not garbageThey shouldn't talk to me that wayDon't come here for servicesI suggest you go elsewhere where you will be treated like a human being not a dollar sign
