I called 6 times. Twice they sent product to Billing address.
This is the second recorded attempt for delivery below. But I was told 5 times it was resent or sent to the proper shipping address and it has not.

I have tried 5 times to get these people to send the product to the proper address but they keep sending it to the billing address and in some cases they said they re-mailed it but did not. In 2 cases they said I would get a confirmation email for the resend but I did not get those emails. One time I was told I was speaking to a Manager "Josh" but later I found out he was a supervisor. I have spent a lot of time going in circles with these people and have been accused of being a bad customer while I was telling them they have vary poor customer service. Agents spoke over me while I was speaking and have difficulty listening and have said they would do things they have not done.
I was also informed I "can not cancel or get my money back because the order has shipped."

This is a weight loss product!
