[redacted] provided a verbal rejection: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Peter H [redacted] never came to the house last week; it is the same story as it has been for the last yearI called him on Wednesday to see if he would come Thursday or Friday and he said Friday and he still didn't comeI sealed it myself as he is not going to comeHe was supposed to put down a layer over the top, the top coat, to smooth out the rough spotsBut he didn't use a paver for the initial coat which is why it was rough and he was supposed to come back to put a smooth layer over the top It was supposed to be feet - about tonsIf he wants to make it right, he can pay me the difference to me which would have been his cost for the ton which he didn't useTherefore, I am now seeking a refund for the coat he never came back to do Regards, [redacted]

I'm afraid that with the winter coming the damage to the driveway will worsenIf this complaint is not answered and the problem taken care of I will have no choice but to take MrH [redacted] to Small Claims Court! : I would like MrH [redacted] to come and repair the driveway before the winter comes! Hello - I tried to update this complaint on line, however, it won't let me How can the Revdex.com close it out when it wasn't resolved? In our response we said we would contact Revdex.com to let them know if the driveway was repaired to our satisfaction How can we post additional comments? Peter was a man of his word and came and fixed the driveway and sealed it for us Please update the comment on the website for his business. Thank you! *** ***

We immediately contacted him informing him that the edge of the driveway was falling apart.
