I signed up for this course in August 2019 in hopes to restore overall health as was the premise of the course. It was advertised as a holistic approach to reverse inflammation in the body. This was a 6 week course at a cost of ***. I did agree to a 0 refund policy. My complaint is this; in the first phase of the course I was having trouble understanding the work and asked for help. ***, the owner and instructor, told me I would not be spoon fed and to just do the work. After several more attempts requesting help I was given the same answer and then finally ignored completely. I gave up trying and resolved to the fact that I was out $*** and chalked it up to a loss so to speak. I had let the issue go embarrassed by the fact that I spent so much money without possibility of a refund and that I did not feel I was able to go on with the work intellectually. I decided to file a complaint when recently I received a email advertising the program and asking why I had not signed up. This action suggests that *** didn't even know who I was or that I was a member. I feel I was taken advantage of at a vulnerable time in my life.
