Review: I was told bring cash only no certified or personal checks also they got a ticket on my car and didn't reimburse me, they say it's my fault but I left my car in your hands ..I feel they ([redacted]) is very unprofessional...Desired Settlement: The 65 dollar ticket and the 10 dollar certified check fee should be replaced..

I would like to correct this complaint by saying that our business has a company policythat we do not accept personal or certified checks. Every customer is told upfront about our policy when they sign the authorization formsto allow us to repair their vehicle.We apologize if you felt we did not accommodate you but as we stated that is our policy.This customer did receive a ticket on his vehicle but it was nothing we had done.The ticket for this vehicle was because the customer had tinted covers over his license plateswhich are illegal. Our goal here is to make our customers happy with their repairs and come back if everneeded.Thank you for your business.All n All Autmotive
