Brought my car in unrelated repairs and two days later they indicate I need a whole new brake job
I brought my 'lincoln mkx in for repair on 4/25/for an electrical issueThey asked me if I wanted the tires rotatedI said yes that's fineIt was the next day that my car was complete and I go to pick up my vehicleThey talk to me about other issues they found with the car which were that I should look at getting new tiresI say okay, pay my bill and leaveTwo-three days later, I begin to hear a grinding noiseI call the dealership and let them know I'd just got my car back and now there is a loud grinding/scrapping noise coming from one of the rear tiresThey say well it sounds like you need new brakesI say how can that be when I was just there a couple of days ago and my car brakes weren't making any noise when I brought it inAfter a bit more debate about this, I decide I should just contact there corporate officeWhen I do they initially act as though they understan

I purchased my used Navigator in December of At that time I expressed to the sales person that I thought something was wrong and I felt like my vehicle was going to too fastShe explained it was because I was used to an MKX and and a navigator would feel different In Jan of 2016, the dealership hardwired a navigation system to the vehicle Once I drove it off the lot, the navigation system showed that I was driving 15-20+ above the speed limitWhile my speedometer said 70, I was really driving 85-mph I contacted my sales rep and brought my vehicle in for repair The communication process was slow, they had my vehicle for 3+ days and I was not updated unless I called to inquire Once my vehicle was returned to me, my radio did not workIt did work when I dropped it off I returned my vehicle to lincoln once again and
I purchased a truck and traded two vehiclesThey have yet to pay off one loan
