I am rejecting this response because:When the lady told me about the shoes she then told me she was sending me a new pair free of charge and that I did not have to return them I then never got the shoes that were suppose to be sent to me the lady told me I didnt have to return them and did not send me a return lable.

The Manager who assisted her with this issue was extremely apologetic for the mistake on the order. Big Shoes sent the customer a return label and also expedited out shipping on the correct pair of shoes via 2 Day Air.  The manager confirmed with the customer that the time frame of delivery for...

the correct shoes would work for her husband.  There was no charge for the shipping of the replacement pair that we expedited to her. It was not communicated that she could keep the incorrect shoes or wear them.
