was sure she understood that the patio was now wet making it unworkable. The following week we had to catch up work from the week before (mowing) and let the patio dry out. I texted Carol two days ago Tuesday at 4:49 pm letting her know that we were coming out this week. Again, the patio has to be dry to work on it, if it rains it takes two to three days to dry. Its very hard to work for mother nature and getting harder. The job will be finished by this Friday. After we are finished I would like this removed as to not tarnish our A+ rating . Thank you ,

We are not interested in any diversity and are seeking an amicable result as we always do . As I previously stated I sent her a text on Tues., if I could send you the picture of the text I would. It is time stamped on top of the text. Second, as of two weeks ago , this area has been devastated with rain every week of this year. Two weeks ago was our very first 5 day 40 hr work week the entire year. As I previously stated this is a dry landscape job to finish it. Its raining. I have talked with her and texted more than once and have told her every time all of these conditions. Our last conversation was just this week on Tuesday where I texted her of when we were finishing her patio now that the rain has started to slow down. I'm doing my best at trying to finish the job and with no rain it will be finished by this Friday June 24th 2016. Thank you,
