Review: Back in December 2014 I contacted the owner of Pets Photography studio, Richie S[redacted] on a recommendation from Thumbtack. I needed to have damaged family pictures restored. Mr. S[redacted] assured me that he was up to the task, that the project could be finished within a month time and he took a $200 deposit from me. It is now February 2016 and the project is still not completed and I do not have what was promised to me, nor has my money been returned. Over the past year I made numerous phone calls and sent e-mails and I finally got Mr. S[redacted] to return the original family album to me. Since that time, I made it clear to him that I either wanted the project completed of my money returned. I have received nothing but false promises and as I said as of this date I still do not have what I paid for, nor do I have my money backDesired Settlement: I would like to have the project completed as promised over a year ago, or my money refunded.
