Upon selling of a house I was required to have the gas furnace turned on during the final walk thruUnfortunately I could not get it to workIt was agreed upon that the buyer would call a plumber and I would pay for itPetroski Plumbing was calledI told them they were to get the pilot to stay on and get the gas burner to turn onNothing elseThere were parts of the burner system that I new were operational during my attempts to turn it onThey came in and shot gunned the burner system (replaced almost everything) and did other work on the furnace without my approvalThe bill was $1,I questioned what they did but they were very indignant that they did what they decided was neededIt was not part of the sale of the house that I was to service the furnacePetroski Plumbing did additional work without my approval just to inflate the bill

It was agreed upon that the buyer would call a plumber and I would pay for it. Petroski Plumbing was called. I told them they were to get the pilot to stay on and get the gas burner to turn on. Nothing else. There were parts of the burner system that I new were operational during my attempts to turn it on. They came in and shot gunned the burner system (replaced almost everything) and did other work on the furnace without my approval. The bill was $1,650.00. I questioned what they did but they were very indignant that they did what they decided was needed. It was not part of the sale of the house that I was to service the furnace. Petroski Plumbing did additional work without my approval just to inflate the bill.
