Thank you for your interest in resolving this issue. We have made contact with the patient, and are in attempts to resolve this. This patient has already posted a negative review on Yelp, Google, and Facebook in addition to this Revdex.com complaint. As you know, we are an A+ rated business with the Revdex.com and...
have had Zero complaints. This is not an accurate representation of the patient's New Patient appointment on 7-10-2012 or his resulting balance of $312.50. Every patient signs our financial policy "The Truth about Dental Insurance" and I have attached the patient's signed acceptance of our financial policy. I have and can present as requested by the patient, his Insurance EOB which demonstrates his resulting balance — which includes his insurance deductible of $50.I wish the patient had contacted us again —5 years is a long time. However, I am willing to write off and remove this amount from MPB (collection agency) and our accounts, if the patient is willing to remove his negative reviews from Revdex.com, Facebook, Google, and YELP, and any other review sites.Sincerely, AnnMarie Olson, DDS
