In response to [redacted] A [redacted] complaint, (ID [redacted] submitted on May 21, 2016)At present [redacted] is on Credit Hold for Non-paymentMr [redacted] had deliberately, maliciously and dangerously mislead both myself and crew that we were working in a Safe Environment (An Old Gasoline Tank filled with Water) He had Verified this finding of water in the tank and misleading us with same by quoting the Local Fort Lee Fire Marshall and a Mutual Acquaintance/Friend of ours in the Oil Business where these responsible individuals had told him and then us that the water in the tank was Non-Volatile and Not An Explosive Concern, As Gasoline IsWe check with these Responsible People to find out there was No Validity to Mr ***'s statementsThis lead us to sending a Representative to the Fort Lee Property the afternoon before the job startedOnly to find Mr [redacted] pumping out questionable contaminated water from the excavated area into the Fort Lee Sewer SystemIn doing so, he had jeopardized our position as a responsible environmental companyThe following morning we informed him to stop this procedure immediatelyAs previously mentioned, Mr [redacted] is on Credit Hold and per our contract, we DO NOT RELEASE ANY DOCUMENTATION TO ANY CLIENT AT ANY GIVEN POINT OR TIME UNLESS THEIR ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL! After April 15th, we had handed this matter over to Corporate Counsel for CollectionToday, Mr [redacted] and I are getting together to see if we can resolve our differencesThank you for your correspondence, we will keep you advised
