I have been a customer of Petrie's and it's 'comfort club member' for many years All of the staff members and service techs are friendly, helpful and well trained They have 'gone the extra mile' for me so many times When my old heating and cooling system went out on one of the coldest nights (Feb2014) they managed to have a new one completely installed the following morning even though they were told it would be two weeks before a unit could be here They also left me with three electric heaters until the new unit was installed AND got me a very low interest rate on the new unit They come every six months to check and service the units which is included in my membership I highly recommend this business to everyone This is the first business review I have ever made in my years! They are simple that good
