I ordered a lift kit for my half ton and Mr [redacted] said he needs 2000 dollars before he can order the kit so I gave him the money and was told he will phone me when the kit comes in On December 16,2014 I was in a snowmobile accident which left me paralyzed In January 2015 I contacted Mr [redacted] from my hospital bed telling him that I won't be needing the lift kit as I have to sell my truck.He told me the kit hadn't come in yet And he couldn't refund my money I have tried to contact him numerous times and either he won't answer my call or staff says he's not inI told him if he can't refund me then give the kit and I will try and sell it myself till today no money or productDesired SettlementI either want my money(2000 dollars) or the lift kit so I can sell it
