Review: I purchased a cat [redacted] club which you pay $149 for the cat [redacted] and $363 for supplies. To ensure that you pay for the supplies, they program the cat [redacted] so that it will only accept [redacted] cartridges until you receive the last cartridge, which unlocks the cat [redacted] so that can use it with non [redacted] cartridges. My last cartridge did not work. I have contacted the company at least 15 times - 10 times via the phone, 5 via email. You can never reach someone on the phone and they never call you back when the message says they will. More than half the times I do not receive a call back at all. And since you have to be next to your cat [redacted] when they call back, the fact the few times they have called back its been like 18 - 20 hours later, it is not helpful. And when I do receive a response from email, it says I have to call.Desired Settlement: I want either a new final cartridge so my over $500 investment is not wasted or $250 for the cost of a new cat [redacted].

Review: I purchased a Cat Genie in January 2014. Loved it until it started leaking in August 2014 from the base. Upon examination we discovered the glue that holds the drain (a pvc pipe type piece) came loose and the drain was no longer tight allowing liquid to drain out. I attempted to glue the drain back in several times, but it didn't work. I contacted customer service and was asked to send photos. I did and was then told that this problem is not covered by warranty, but I could pay $60 + $29.07 shipping for a replacement. Nothing has been done to this unit to cause this glue to come loose. It was set on the floor in a corner, not moved.Desired Settlement: Replace the base as the glue holding it did not hold. This was no fault of my own.
