Please Revdex.com, contact [redacted]. PetGlad's invoice says 2.8lbs however the [redacted] order was for 9.8lbs. Their invoice was not what was advertised or ordered. I confirmed this with an [redacted] customer sales rep and I encourage you to contact [redacted] to confirm for yourselves. Thank you.

This order was placed on [redacted] so we have no way of "tricking" a customer when they order from us on that selling channel. The fact of the matter is, the customer made an error when placing their order. We can certainly provide proof of the order that was placed on [redacted] if need be. We're sincerely sorry for the confusion and inconvenience experienced by the customer, but we cannot simply send out free product to a person unless purchased first.

The customer's order was canceled on Sep 2nd as the manufacturer did not produce enough of the item. It typically takes 3-5 business days for a preauthorization charge to drop off a person's credit statement. Attached, is a screenshot showing that their order is indeed canceled on our end. Revdex.com:The seller claims this item is discontinued. They still show the item for sale on amaxon! Look up  "[redacted]...

[redacted]"  and under the different sellers that are selling it, PetGlad sells it.  They listed it for $12.98 with shipping and when I bought it for that, they claim it was out of stock and refused to ship.  Then resist the item with this now much higher price the next day! And the item is not discontinued, I have a brother who works at [redacted] and he looked in the system and it's still a current item that is not discontinued. It's still for sale everywhere including PetGlad! Yet they had their negative feedback pulled from [redacted] claiming they'd shipped my item when the tracking number proves they didn't ship anything to my address and anything even remotely the size of a litter box!
