We have about a month or so left on our year-long lease and our experience up to this point has beed pretty good. However, this past week has been rather rough to say the least. Basically, the maintenance crew came to work on our water heater, we then had to call them back due to malfunctioning of the water heater. Now there are two large heel-size dents on the top of our new dry that sits directly below the hot water heater. When I was finally contacted by management I was told that they would do absolutely nothing about it due to the fact I could not "prove" it. It is not a guilty pleasure of mine to climb on dryers or to set a 200 lb mannequins feet on one so I don't really see another explanation. Worst customer service in existence.
