I am sorry that the customer is not happy with our service. I am acquainted with this situation, and would like to offer the following:
 
             This job was being handled by phone with the customer's daughter with whom I...

spoke with yesterday morning, she explained that the plumbing problem at her parent's home was an ongoing stoppage in their kitchen sink.
             Our supervisor spoke with her on the phone and was informed that the problem is at least 6 months old. Upon inspection, it was determined that the stoppage was from corrosion in the pipe itself. The only remedy was to
             change the entire pipe, faucet and fittings. She was quoted $600.00 for this job.
              Customarily we charge a $75.00 service charge for the service call which is waived in the event that we do the work.
              Our supervisor again spoke with the customer with regards to the plumbing issues. NO SERVICE CHARGE WAS PAID FOR THIS VISIT AND SUBSEQUENT PHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH THE CUSTOMER'S DAUGHTER.
              We would certainly under the circumstances refund the entire service charge had we collected it in the first place.
               At Pete's Plumbing we strive to give excellent customer service and superior work performance. 
               We regret this misunderstanding and would be happy to speak further with the customer.

Review: On August 11,2014 I called for a Plumbing to come and unclog a sink in the bathroom. They couldn't come on the 11th and I was told someone would come on the 12th. When no one came I called them back and was told someone would be out on the 13th. The person came looked in the sink and said its clogged and it will cost $600 to fix. He never tried to unclog it and left. I paid $75 for that.Desired Settlement: $50 would be o.k.

I recommend Pete's Plumbing..I called them to fix my sewage line problem. They had to tunnel under the slab to change out the pipes. They did a very professional job and cleaned everything like new. But above all, the price was right. I will call Pete's from now on to handle all my plumbing needs.
