Three and a half years ago Pete installed air conditioning/heating units.
He was great ,product was/is great.
Paid our $10,000. He returned when called a couple of times and then he must have left this planet!!!!
Can't reach him! Won't return calls!!
We need someone with knowledge of this system to help us keep maintenance up.
And if repair might be needed.
Shame, he was a nice person and good worker!
Review: My wife and I purchased split ductless air conditioning/heating units from Pete's Electrical last year. The total purchase was over $8,000 with the price including 2 units on each of the outdoor units for a total of 4 indoor units and 2 outdoor units, an electric tankless water heater and the installation. We have had countless issues with the air conditioning/heating units and within the past 2 months, the water heater stopped working and after talking to [redacted], he had me troubleshoot the unit and then through email told me he would provide a warranty replacement. After a month, I emailed him for an update and he apologized saying that he should have a new unit the same week. Another month later and no information with me sending him an email saying that I would like a refund for the money to purchase a new tankless electric water heater since he has not provided us with any type of quality service and this tankless electric water heater had already been working intermittently from the beginning.
In addition, he stated that the units would heat below freezing which they do not. The units will not heat below 40 degrees and [redacted] claimed that they heated almost to 0 degrees before we purchased the items. After him asking how they worked over the winter, he claimed that there was an upgrade to the units and that he would need to add some antifreeze to the units to have them work for efficiently this coming winter which he never did and clearly was an excuse for what he claimed earlier even though he knew it was a lie. He is always late or doesnt show up when he says he is going to be somewhere. His business ethics are non-existant.Desired Settlement: I would simply like a refund to purchase a new electric water heater. I do not want to deal with [redacted] from Pete's Electrical Service again but I expect a product to be replaced if it is not working especially after communication saying that he is going to take action.
