He had us pay upfront for carpet and installation. He didn't install it for 4 months. He wouldn't cancel the job when we asked -just made empty promises. We had to harass him just to get the job done 4 months later. His
3rd party contractors only did half the job. I had to hire another company to finish the second floor, and Pete would still not issue a refund. He has since abandoned his office without forwarding contact information.

He is a scam artist, full of empty promises. He did not install the carpet for 4 months, and then he only did half the job. He will not issue a refund even though I had to hire someone else to finish the job.... I intend to sue him. He fairly robbed me. This man should not be allowed to do business.

Pete wants 50% down at time of order and the balance paid a couple of days BEFORE the carpet is actually installed. Unacceptable, and I told him so. I was able to persuade him to let me pay AFTER the carpet was installed. Then, I learned that he can only install on Saturdays. On the day of scheduled installation, he did not provide enough carpeting for me, so only the pad could be laid down. Finally, I received a satisfactory installation, but the quality of the carpeting leaves much to be desired. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Try Home Depot instead. I'm guessing that the same installers work both places.
