Pete's Car Wash Express LP

Review: On May 13, 2014, I arrived at Pete's Express Car wash to get their basic three dollar car wash. While in the automated wash, the preceding vehicle came off the track (due to a front left flat tire) and my car hit the minivan in front of me twice. The machine was not turned off until the minivan beeped its' horn signaling an issue. After exiting the wash an employee came up to my vehicle to inspect for front end damage. My front bumper was cracked and a police report was made. Also, the attendant gave me a "damage claim form" to fill out. The attendant made copies of the form (one of which I kept), and assured me that I would hear from the owner within 48 business hours to discuss the matter. It has now been a week since the incident. I have called three times and the customer service representative refuses to give me the owners information so I can speak with him or her. As of now, I have not filed any legal action. But that will change if I do not hear from the owner within a reasonable amount of time. I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved. I feel that the business is responsible for the damage as there is a big sign stating "hands off steering, place car in neutral, and foot off brake," therefor placing control of the patrons vehicle in Pete's Express Car wash. A phone call from the business owner is strongly desired at this time.Desired Settlement: I believe that the business has a responsibility to call the customer (me) back after a damage complaint form was received. The unprofessional and downright rude customer service representatives who refuse to let me speak with the owner is completely unacceptable. I expect a phone call back so I can move on to making repair arrangements with Pete's Express Car wash and a body shop.
