I took my 93 yj jeep there to have the transmission rebuilt and after two services the transmission was never rebuilt.Desired Settlementi was charged 900 dollars to have a rebuilt transmission that was never rebuilt, and still had the old gaskets and bolts in placeBusiness Response the transmission was rebuilt it didnt move when it came here and she drove it away so how could it have not been rebuilt.its crazy how people can get on the web and write whatever they want with no clue what they are talking about.it came here on a tow dolly because it would not move.she paid her bill and drove it away!i have the reciept from where the rebuilt kit was purchased right after her jeep was dropped off.
Petersons has had my vehicle since April 13 and refuses to fix or return. Petersons offers a year warranty but refuses to honor. I had my vehicle transmission repair done by Petersons August 2015.. He offers a year warranty. I took my van April 13, 2016 because the transmission was slipping. He has not repaired and is keeping my vehicle in an area that cannot be accessed and I cannot retrieve the van. He refuses to cooperate and states weekly that he is working on the van. This is not true. The van to this date of July 6, 2016 has not been fixed. I have called weekly, visited his shop, and taken photos proving my vehicle was never moved. I have a estimation hand written that he would return but he has not honored his word or written statement. I have been professional at all times and I do not understand why he refuses to either fix or return the vehicle. When I have asked for my van he says he is working on it and they removed the transmission but left the van outside. It cannot be driven without a transmission but he refuses to fix. He said that they were waiting on parts but when I visited the shop and van there was no indications the van was even moved and high grass is the same around the tires. You need a car lift to remove the transmission. Desired SettlementI am seeking that Petersons Transmission fix my van and return immediately.
