Peterson Construction

On 8/30/2017 I signed a contract with Peterson Construction and paid a down payment of $11,000.00. He was working on another house at the time and my contract was next. The other job was not finished by the time the weather got too cold to begin my job so we had to wait for spring. When spring came I talked to him on the phone, he said that he had broken his ankle and when he was able he would start the job. Since then he has not contacted me or returned my messages.
