I couldn't have been happier with the service provided by all of the staff at Peterson Plumbing
I strongly do not recommend using the service Petersen PlumbingLast year I had this company install missing pipes leading to the water spicket outside one of my rental propertiesAfter the installation, no water was coming out so I had to call their plumber back to install it properly, which I thought he did
This winter as the temperature dropped, water started leaking where the pipes had been installed.by Petersen PlumblingAfter taking a look, I realized that the pipes installed had not been soldered and simply came loose I called Petersen Plumbers to have a look at the problemThey sent a plumber who apparently misunderstood what needed to be done and worked on something else that didn't need to be fixed
When I realized the work had not been done I call Petersen to complain about the issueA lady by the name of July who works for Petersen wouldn't believe me and pretty much called me a lyer by saying that the work had been done and there was nothing more they could do (at that point I had already paid because I thought the work had been doneI should have checked first)After calling at least times and insisting to discuss the problem with the owner, she agreed to send a plumber over to take a look
The plumber who came over was the same guy who came earlier and had misunderstood what he was supposed to work onHe confirmed that he wasn't sure what he was supposed to work on and confirmed that the pipes had not been properly installed the previous year and should have been solderedAfter fixing the pipe, Petersen (in particular a lady called July) refused to acknowledge any mistake on there part even though their plumber acknowledged everything that had been done wrong
