Never ever use Petersen Johnson! I have been in two fender benders within the last 3 years and my first experience without them and settling by myself was super easy settled for 750$ by myself within 2 weeks.

Second accident I was advised to go to this law office and boy do I regret it ever since.

I have received a final settlement of 1780 this time around with the time frame being 10 months plus compared to two weeks. Not worth it in my case all the calls with the law firm the run around on the time frame when I would be getting my money was never straight forward. When I settled myself with Allstate they said this is when you will get your $ and boom I had it. This time same insurance company its going on months along with them never giving me the right information. The Law firm said if you settle we will get the check within this frame and have that money. Which lead me to believe my check and my money. So I settled thinking I would have money by the date they told me. Boy was I wrong I settled thinking I would have my money on this date. Instead I was never warned about the second time frame and second check otherwise I would not of settled. I felt they mis led me to get me to settle to prevent litigation. If I would of been told you settle we get a check and then we split that check up and you would have your $ within 2 weeks after that first check. I never would of settled and they know this so they made it seem like I would have my money much quicker to get me to settle.

Never use this company unless you plan on being given a big run around along with not fully understanding the timeline. I also never once spoke to Mr.Johnson only people being "trained".
