warranty your situation with the grill problems that you are going through. You do have a 5 year warranty with us with any paver issues due to settling. As for warranties for the products such as the grill or parts, we have no control over. We have no problem fixing any issues outside of warranty, but a quote would need to be made in this matter. My prayers to his family for a quick recovery. A quick phone call from someone at the company to inform me of delay wold have been nice. The problem is is not the grill. It is in working order. The problem is with the gas line that was installed by Peters landscape. It is not to code. Incorrect materials were used and pipe is leaking. The pipe needs replaced meaning paver need removed.

I met up with them late last week and have been working with the [redacted] family to help them get their problem fixed. We are now just waiting on a phone call on when to come back to reinstall the pavers we removed that they have requested. Thanks!
