We cannot praise Peterlyn Properties highly enough! We had a difficult job: replacing a massive old deck that stretched around two sides of a large house, on rugged ground with drainage issues. Their work was exceptional! What we also appreciated was Dave's intelligence and genuine concern for our satisfaction. That was the frosting on the cake. Not only did we get a sturdy and BEAUTIFUL new deck, but he made changes for us that made it safer and and and more durable. We are completely happy with the work, the finished product and the cost.... AND Dave, himself.
