This outfit is awfulMy driver was from South Carolina trucking thru Missouri when he ran off the road near Joplin causing significant damage to the truckWe called Peterbilt of Joplin to tow the truck to their shop and stand byWe then called our tow service to pick up the truck and bring it to our repair shopOnce they realized they weren't going to do the repairs, they tripled the charges for towing, parked our truck in a corner and parked other trucks around it and unbolted several items (to disable the truck?) and faxed a bloated bill to our repair shopThey charged us $4,for what amounted to a tow which should have cost us perhaps $maximumSay $Avoid this outfit or take your chances

We called Peterbilt of Joplin to tow the truck to their shop and stand by. We then called our tow service to pick up the truck and bring it to our repair shop. Once they realized they weren't going to do the repairs, they tripled the charges for towing, parked our truck in a corner and parked other trucks around it and unbolted several items (to disable the truck?) and faxed a bloated bill to our repair shop. They charged us $4,762.25 for what amounted to a tow which should have cost us perhaps $500 maximum. Say $800. Avoid this outfit or take your chances.
