Called customer today and left voicemail. The mistake was on our part, thinking the problem was already resolved with the late orders from the daycare. The corrected pictures are being printed now and will be delivered to the daycare by week's end. Customer will receive an $80 credit for...

This being the first time that the daycare used our services, the director didn't realize that the order forms needed to be returned to us along with payment. This delayed orders and made for confusing orders for prints. We are gladly refunding this customer's complete payment without...
the return of pictures that customer received. We want happy customers! For the record, the only 2 refunds (out of an otherwise perfect season of hundreds of daycares) were from this daycare. Most of the clients of this daycare had mercy and grace for the director.
Review: I ordered pictures of my son taken by his studio,and haven't received them I've called and emailed about the situation and so has the director of the preschool he attends with no resolve. They haven't responded to anything. I even rode to the business address which turned out to be a private residence.Desired Settlement: I would like the pictures but if can't get them I would like me money back.

Review: Peter Wabbit photography was selected as the vendor for photos at my childs daycare center. Ordered over $120+ in photos once proofs were delivered/viewed for Christmas via a filled out order form with exact poses and amounts specified. When the order arrived it was completely invorrect. The poses I selected via the company's order form were delivered back post payment in incorrect poses, quantities, and sizes. I contacted the vendor via phone in December several times with no answer and finally left return call information for myself via voicemail and never received a call back, acknowledgement, or response to my issue to this day.Desired Settlement: Due to the service provided from the vendor, I would have liked to have my order corrected at owners expense however based on service received I do not feel issue would be resolved in a timely manner.

Review: I ordered the ultimate package to include 7 printed pages, the CD, and the name on the wallets. All of my package was fine, except the wallets, had a typo where the name was misspelled. I left messages, and e mails, I even spoke to someone in the office at one point, who assured me he would get the corrected wallets out to the daycare by thursday of that week, so I was like cool, no big deal. Well that thursday and another Thursday have passed, and no corrected pictures, and whats worse is I have left several other messages, and e mails, even had the director of the day care call, and nothing. I am pretty upset that the mistake was not taken care of, the prices I felt were overpriced, but I wanted the package so I paid it. But to have it not only not correct, but then the mistake not corrected, and ignored, well I don't do business that way, and if the daycare uses the same company in the future we will not be purchasing pictures from them, we will have them outsourced.Desired Settlement: All I want is the corrected wallets to reflect the correct name of my child, basically I want what I already paid for.
