I am extremely dissapointed with the customer service at this company. The representatives have either ignored my phone inquiries or they are too busy to take care of their customers. this is the second representative I have tried to deal with. I wish there is some other company to help with my mothers stone.

A few months after my father passed away, I stopped by Peter Troost Monument in Hillside, IL to inquire about purchasing a headstone for my father’s grave. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. The sales person that I worked with offered several different design options that were truly unique. Their attention to detail and my specific needs made the selection process extremely pleasant. The first time I visited my father’s grave after the monument was installed, I can honestly say that the beauty of the monument took my breath away. It was so refreshing to finally be at his grave with a monument in place that properly memorialized what a great man he was. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family.
