Unfortunately we do not ship to freight forwarding service. This customers order was cancelled, the customer was contacted and refunded on 1[redacted].

Review: I placed an order on [redacted] on 11/**/2014. The total amount is $52.70, and it was deducted from my credit card on the same day. I called Peter Thomas Roth customer service on 12/**/2014 regarding my order status, and was informed that there was a delay. I called them during their business hours on 1/*/2015, but was not able to reach a customer representative, so I left a voice message. I also sent them an email on 1/*/2015. Their auto reply claimed they will reply within 48 hours, but I have not heard from them after 48 hours. From 11/**/2014 to 1/*/2015, I have not received any information from Peter Thomas Roth regarding my order, or the package, or a refund. And I am not able to get in contact with them. Please help, thanks!Desired Settlement: First, I want them to ship the products I ordered. Since they have deducted the money from my credit card as soon as I placed the order (it has been 40 days), it is now not acceptable for them simply to say that the product is out of stock. If it is truly out of stock, they should not only refund the order amount, but also monetarily compensate customers who are affected. Moreover, since they do not ship the orders immediately, in the future, they should promise not to charge customers' credit cards until the order is shipped.
