This company treats their clients like deadbeats, regardless of their credit history and past payments They are holding up my entire construction project until a $retainer check arrives in the mail (it has been mailed) on an assignment that has a total cost of $ Yet, we've paid them consistently and reliability on $3,worth of prior invoices They have absolutely no care for their clients nor the forward progress of their project Their behavior is appallingIf they were not the engineer of record I would fire them immediately Of course I will never consider them for a project again and would strongly advise anyone from even thinking about hiring them; unless of course you like being treated like sm and having your project held hostage over ridiculously small advanced retainer requirements
