This company treats their clients like deadbeats, regardless of their credit history and past payments. They are holding up my entire construction project until a $215 retainer check arrives in the mail (it has been mailed) on an assignment that has a total cost of $465. Yet, we've paid them consistently and reliability on $3,000 worth of prior invoices. They have absolutely no care for their clients nor the forward progress of their project. Their behavior is appalling. If they were not the engineer of record I would fire them immediately. Of course I will never consider them for a project again and would strongly advise anyone from even thinking about hiring them; unless of course you like being treated like sm and having your project held hostage over ridiculously small advanced retainer requirements.
