Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: it has nothing to do with case.
Mara was wrong in the way she handled my *** Claim and she did it without talking to me first Then she went crazy billing every which way.
And they are not getting paid because *** and *** just deny the claims after doing it INCORRECTLY several times, I have provided all of my EOB's to prove all my other Providers were paid accordingly
Out of Providers I see regularly, All are and were paid during I should not be held responsible for HER errors, because I do have two insurances and I have no control over what she does Which brings us to this, which I should not be held responsible, because I have no control over her billing and what she does at work

In Response complaint id # *** Our office submits claims according to the lawIf there is any questions on a patient's behalf we always offer an in office conference call to the insurance companies the patient has so we are all on the same page regarding information we receive from insurance
companiesI can not go into further details unless I have a signed release from the patient
