I am sorry you were not able to get this resolved when you called our office yesterday Both doctors were out of the office at a meeting and it was unfortunate the person answering the phone could not address your issue If you are not proceeding with the recommended treatment, then of
course, we do not expect you to pay the $ I guess there was some confusion as to whether you were going to proceed with treatment soon so that was why the balance was left on your account Be assured, we have removed the whole amount from your account and you now have a zero balance
