PCFoy administered my former employer's FSA accounts. I have been trying to get the remaining balance of my account sent to me for months and months. This company makes its money by stealing from flex accounts by claiming they can't read perfectly legible receipts. I have provided receipts over and over again. I have to speak with so-and-so, but so-and-so is out of the office again, conveniently. They just give you the run around until you're so exhausted you just give up. I'm not giving up. I want the money they stole from me.If your company is offering a flex account with [redacted] as the administrator, RUN FAR AWAY! Do not do business with these crooks.
