Mrs. [redacted] was told repeatedly that her road needed to be repaired.  Our truck was having issues with bottoming out.  Plus, the issue of it being so muddy because there was no gravel left.  Over the years of her service she had different drivers and all complained of the same issues....

 We even had the owners son drive out to inspect the road for us.  He reported that it was in very poor condition and that we were unable to send a truck down there.  We are no longer servicing Mrs. [redacted] and she has submitted her request for reimbursement which is being sent to the owner for approval.
